1. What is your return policy?
Ans- We accept returns if the medicine provided to you does not match your order, or if the medicine is past its expiry date. Please check your orders at the time of delivery and report any return request before you pay our delivery personnel.

2. What is your cancellation policy?
Ans- You can cancel your order till we ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Process To Place an Order:

Ans- You can capture/upload prescription for order placement.

2. Delivery
Ans- we deliver medicines Only in Pune.

3. Delivery charges
Ans- Delivery is free for orders ABOVE 500 rs. Delivery charges are 100 rs below 100 and 60 rs for orders between 100-500.

4.Service days and time
Ans- You can order 24x7 through our website and App. We service orders ALL days. In case of any delay, our agent will inform you on priority basis. You can contact us on +91-8939022249, In compliance with Drug and Cosmetic Act and Rules, we don't process requests for Schedule X and other habit forming drugs.

For Schedule H and H1 drugs, you need to upload a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner.

5. What if I am not at home when the products are delivered ?
Ans- In case you are not at home, please nominate a neighbor or someone close by who can receive the order. Ensure that they have payable amount.

6. If my order does not get serviced
Ans- We strive hard to service all our orders. however, in case we can't, we will refund the cost of the medicines.

7. Payment options available
Ans- Payments in card, or bank transfer. Cash could be handed over at the time our service partner hands over to you.
In compliance with Drug and Cosmetic Act and Rules, we don't process requests for Schedule X and other
habit forming drugs.
